Five cones are placed in star shape with one player standing near each cone holding a ball. On command, all players throw their balls simultaneously to next player who catches it & passes onto next until it reaches back original thrower.

The ‘Slip Catch Practice’ aims at enhancing slip catching ability which requires quick reflexes & good anticipation skills due its closeness to batsman & unpredictability of direction of ball. A coach or player throws edges towards slip fielders who try to catch them.

Finally, ‘The Agility Ladder Drill’ improves footwork and agility of players which are vital for quick movements in fielding. Players run through a ladder placed on ground with various patterns like one-foot per box, lateral high-knees, in-and-outs etc.
